I have recently sold my property & found myself urgently seeking a rental property. I applied to view a property with Motivate Property Group and was met with Elsie. Elsie was extremely approachable & professional & made sure to engage to find out my wants & needs. Elsie not only show cased the current listed ppty but also took the time to show me another THEN went out of her way to organise another viewing over the weekend & arranged this opening around my plans. Elsie understood I worked FIFO & my time was extremely limited. I understand some will say this is her job, but for me, nothing beats exceptional customer service & going above & beyond in their duties.

Since Brittany has joined the team at Motivate Reality the difference has been phenomenal. She has meticulously worked her way through all the backlog of emails and issues to ensure she is setting herself up for success. I feel a deep sense of relief knowing she is on the team. We just finished our first build with Motivate - Corey was incredible throughout the process, and Clint as well. No question was too big or small. As it came time to lease out our property, Corey put us in touch with Brittany at Motivate Realty and she has been absolutely INCREDIBLE getting our first property leased. She answered all my questions, did very thorough checks with all the applicants and gave valuable advice along the way. We now have our first tenant in and things are all moving along well. With a wealth of experience, Britt is a STAR and makes a tricky process feel so easy! Thanks Britt, I know it's been a busy time but you're always so calm, collected and helpful. We appreciate it!
